工作职责
1. Responsible for specific channel strategies, pricing strategies, promotion and sales strategies in overseas markets;
2. Responsible for conducting research on overseas markets, analyzing competitors, and tapping into customer needs;
3. Responsible for overseas sales of company products, actively developing sales channels through overseas markets, and completing annual sales tasks;
4. Responsible for promoting relevant market brands. By participating in overseas exhibitions, seeking business opportunities and establishing connections with potential customers;
5. Responsible for tracking sales order requirements and progress, as well as handling relevant sales documents and contracts;
6. Coordinate and coordinate departmental resources.
职位要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
2. At least 3 years of overseas sales experience in medical consumables. If you have experience in pathological products, it will be considered as an additional item;
3. Able to adapt to different cultures and business environments in overseas markets, proficient in operating models in overseas markets, familiar with sales channels and industry rules in the international medical device market, as well as various links and processes;
4. Familiar with regulations and policies in the medical device industry, familiar with various market access requirements;
5. Possess excellent marketing skills and business negotiation skills; Having rich experience in channel development is a plus item;
6. Have patience, flexibility, and the ability to motivate oneself, dare to challenge goals and achieve sales tasks;
7. Having a good teamwork spirit, able to work closely with internal teams to achieve common goals;
8. Having the ability to organize and coordinate meetings, able to accompany company leaders to participate in overseas exhibitions and business activities;
9. Ability to follow up on orders and sales performance, able to meet company business goals.
