1. Responsible for the overall management of park infrastructure operations, team management, internal and external communication and coordination, and ensuring SLA compliance. 2. Lead the team to handle emergency responses to infrastructure-related faults within the data center. 3. Oversee the standardization and implementation of the park's operations management system, ensuring the updating and optimization of EOP, SOP, and other standardized documents. 4. Manage overall operational cost control and energy efficiency optimization for the park. 5. Provide technical direction for the operations management platform and guide ongoing optimization. 6. Participate in strategy and goal setting, and make strategic decisions related to operations management.

1. Associate's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, HVAC, or related fields. 2. Over 5 years of experience in data center operations and management. 3. Solid technical foundation with thorough familiarity with data center power supply, cooling system architecture, common equipment principles, maintenance, and common faults. 4. Experience managing teams of more than 30 people, with a strong background in team performance, training, and assessment. 5. Clear, process-oriented, systematic, and platform-based operations management thinking, with the ability to consider the entire park's operations management systematically. 6. Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of cross-departmental communication and problem-solving. 7. Industry insight with an understanding of industry trends and new technology applications.
