1、Creating an English atmosphere 1.1 Organise online and offline English activities 1.2 Provide English learning counselling to increase Chinese employees' interest in cross-cultural communication 1.3 Cultural exchange between both sides 2、 Language Expertise 2.1 Work with key stakeholders to identify English language and cross-cultural related training needs 2.2 Design and deliver basic English language courses and intercultural communication courses in various media and formats 2.3 Proofread and edit content, e.g. documents in English, systems in English, videos in English, etc. 2.4 Provide support for English language interviews, senior management meetings, etc.

1. Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience in adult training. 2. Native English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Experience working in a multinational company (not just a training school) is preferred. 4. Knowledge of current training formats and techniques is preferred.
