Job Responsibilities Project Management: Responsible for project plan development, execution and monitoring in Poland region to ensure that the project is completed on time, on quality and on budget. Coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, funds, etc., to optimize resource allocation and improve project effectiveness. Conduct regular project progress reports to provide management with project progress and risk assessment. Client Communication: Maintain close contact with customers in Poland region to understand customer needs, provide solutions and meet customer expectations. Resolve customer issues and feedback in a timely manner and maintain good customer relationships. Teamwork & Coordination: Form and manage project teams, clarify team members' responsibilities and ensure efficient teamwork. Coordinate with other departments or external partners to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the project, formulate countermeasures to reduce the impact of risks on the project. Monitor risk changes in the project process and adjust risk management strategies in a timely manner.
职位要求
Requirement 1. University degree. 2. Good proficiency in Hungarian or Polish, as well as English (written and spoken). 3. At least 2 years of experience in the advertising and event industry 4. Priority given to those with other language skills (French or German) 5. Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.) 6. Requires Chinese language skills and at least basic communication skills.
