Key Responsibilities 1.Deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. 2.Plan, prepare, and adapt lesson plans and instructional materials to meet students’ diverse learning needs. 3.Create a positive, well-managed classroom environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional development. 4.Assess student learning and provide timely feedback to students. 5.Maintain daily home–school communication, providing parents with regular feedback on students’ classroom performance and homework. 6.Collaborate effectively with Chinese homeroom teachers and academic teams to support school curriculum development. 7.Attend required routine school meetings, including HOD meetings, parents meetings, and all staff meeting, etc.
