About this job: Responsible for all new project FOT trial run, include line and program setup and documentation. Monitoring of molding tool and equipment trial run. Responsible for process optimization. Set-up injection molding process and insure the production process is according to quality requirements (e.g. dimension acceptance report and CPK report available) and productivity required. As a member for any project in regards of PIM process and in charge of production trial run, process set-up, technical issues analysis and improvement adviser. Responsible to create working instructions for the whole Line according to process flow and control plan, and monitoring of the trial run efficiency.

Requirement: Above 5 years working experience in plastic injection molding process and process set-up availability. Above college degree major in mechanical or automation or related industries. Above 3 years precision injection molding process working experience, preferable in over molding production. Be familiar with Engel molding machine operation, process set up and maintenance available. Be familiar with injection PIM tool structure and tool assembly, knowledge of tool maintenance Working independently and team work spirit. Experience in computer using by tool of Microsoft office. Native Language: Fluent in German
