Position: Product Development Manager (Toys) Job content: 1. Conduct corresponding market research and further analysis based on the company's new product development direction and new design concept/idea, and provide specific new product development suggestions; 2. Identify and collect potential product information, develop new products, and follow up on the complete product scope; 3. Communicate and collaborate with the design team to determine the final product design draft; 4. Independently carry out product procurement work, negotiate prices with suppliers, and solve problems such as new product molds and samples; 5. Responsible for managing the technical development cycle of the product, maintaining close cooperation with the company's quality production team until the first batch production (including sample production); 6. Ensure that all steps of new product development comply with established price targets, quality standards, and deadlines. Benefits: 1. Salary range: 13months salary+annual salary adjustment; 2. Job requirements: 1. Mandarin native；English as working language (proficient in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and oral communication); 2. Have more than 3 years of experience in the production and development of toys, clothing or bags, gifts or department store products; 3. Have certain creative thinking and market sensitivity, able to identify potential new products and markets; 4. Have project management experience and strong organizational skills; 5. Possess excellent negotiation skills with customers and suppliers; 6. Experience in European and American market trade is preferred.
