1.Design creative and innovative ideas with personal design concepts, design language, systematic and systemic thinking, and ability to design in different mediums such as print, hand-drawn, and simple video editing. 2.Assist with brand marketing concepts for product packaging design and complete visual design work for various channels such as Tmall, JD.com, including store homepage and product details pages, event pages, etc., to enhance the overall visual effect of the store. 3.Plan and adjust the overall visual effect of the store based on page visit clicks, customer consumption, and search habits. Plan, organize, implement, and monitor the overall store decoration design. 4.Improve the expression of single products using design language. Plan and design the description of the products sold in the store, including product selling points, product comparison, function description, and product slogan creation. 5.Keep informed of the latest trends and fashion in cultural and design trends both domestically and internationally. 6.Define the brand style, create an image, and enhance the overall brand aesthetic and educational influence.

Requirements: 1.Graduate in related majors such as graphic design, visual communication design, industrial product design, with solid foundation in graphic design. 2.At least 2 years of relevant experience, with priority given to candidates who have designed OTC drugs, health products, and functional foods. 3.Proficient in basic graphic design and office software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, PowerPoint), familiarity with web design is preferred. 4.Passionate about trying different design styles, having design ideas and attitudes, and finding suitable design language and aesthetics for different cultures. 5.Follow the latest design trends and have knowledge and ideas about cultural and creative brands. 6.Creativity, active thinking, good communication skills, ability to understand and convey creative ideas, and ability to produce excellent design solutions.
