Key Responsibilities Course Design and Development Design and develop programming course syllabus and teaching materials according to students' needs and company's teaching objectives. Continuously update and optimize course content to ensure that it is current and practical. Develop course plan and teaching schedule to ensure the realization of course objectives. Teaching Implementation Conduct classroom lectures and lab instruction according to the course plan and syllabus. Solve problems encountered by students in the course learning process and provide targeted guidance and assistance. Adopt interactive teaching methods to increase students' interest and participation. Student Assessment and Feedback We design and implement a learner assessment mechanism to assess the learning outcomes of the students on a regular basis. Based on the assessment results, provide personalized learning advice and guidance to students. Collect feedback from learners to continuously improve teaching methods and course content.

Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. Work experience: at least 1 year of teaching experience in programming or related fields, familiar with multiple programming languages and technology stacks. Skill Requirements: Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g. Java, Python, C++, etc.) and related technology stack. Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues and partners. Strong learning ability and self-driven with the ability to continuously learn and improve your professional competencies. Good teaching and classroom management skills, able to design and implement effective lesson plans and teaching activities.
