1. Tracking and feedback of project progress; 2. Cross-party communication and connection: docking with local customers in the United States (on-site communication + online synchronization) and conveying project progress; 3. Basic on-site operation and maintenance for customers: troubleshooting simple faults, promptly synchronizing unsolvable problems to the domestic technical team, tracking the progress of problem resolution, and synchronizing the handling results to customers; 4. Other supporting work: assisting in preparing materials for customer meetings (PPT, data reports), conducting translations, and sorting out meeting minutes;

Currently enrolled undergraduate or master's student (priority is given to those majoring in related fields such as project management, computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, business administration, etc., and those with knowledge of intelligent manufacturing and smart park industries are preferred); 2. Fluent in English and Chinese in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
