Job Duties: - Actively observe and analyse the market, competition and sales of our full range of products. Understand customer needs through active engagement, cross-checking and modifying technical terminology. - Work with the engineering team to tailor technical solutions for customers. - Develop application knowledge beyond the product. - Expand new customers through regular visits, trade show liaison, etc.; assist sales engineers in guiding customer enquiries; ensure technical solutions provided meet customer requirements and/or identify deviations between solutions and requirements. - Actively participate in customer projects and application activities. Maintain good relationships with customers. - Controls business activities: customer analyses, quotations, prices, tenders and contract negotiations. Liaise with various business units to seek project-specific solutions. - Coordinate internal and external sales communication. - Work with the team to prepare and execute exhibitions and other product promotions.

- Master's degree. Educational or work background related to measurement and control technology, mechanical engineering and automation, mechatronics is preferred; - Ability to work creatively and analyse and solve problems. - Knowledge of electrical control logic and functions, ability to read and understand automation wiring diagrams, and ability to use EPlan for wiring diagram design is preferred; - Experience in on-site work and equipment commissioning, with hands-on ability in cabinet related wiring/functionality checking/troubleshooting; understanding of PID control loops, knowledge of various electrical components, especially a deep understanding of switches, relays, temperature controllers, etc; - Familiar with fluid temperature/pressure/flow control, servo and inverter control logic HW and SW; familiar with at least one of SIEMENS, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider PLC systems, understanding of PLC configuration software, PLC programming experience preferred; - Relevant work experience in sales customer support or equipment engineering field preferred. - Willingness to develop new knowledge and skills, strong learning ability. - Good team player who works independently and is willing to provide support. - Ability to work under pressure and accept frequent travelling.
