Be responsible for the full-cycle project management of the automobile final assembly production line in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, covering production line planning, equipment selection, installation and commissioning, and production launch, to ensure the project progresses in accordance with the timeline, quality standards and cost budget. Connect with the technical team, suppliers and local partners in the automobile final assembly process, coordinate to solve technical problems and resource conflicts in production line construction and operation, and ensure the smooth operation of the production line. Formulate optimization plans for the production line process, combine automobile manufacturing industry standards with local production needs, to improve the production efficiency and product qualification rate of the final assembly line, and reduce operating costs. Establish a project team communication mechanism, and regularly report the project progress, risk points and response measures to the headquarters to ensure the headquarters grasps the dynamics of overseas projects in a timely manner.

Work experience: At least 5 years of work experience related to automobile final assembly production lines; candidates with experience in production line management, project promotion or equipment commissioning in automobile manufacturing enterprises are preferred. Education background: No restriction on academic qualifications; focus on practical project operation capabilities and industry experience accumulation. Professional background: Majors related to mechanical engineering (such as Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, etc.); candidates who are familiar with automobile final assembly processes (such as welding, final assembly process after coating) and the principle of production line equipment are preferred. Other capabilities: Possess strong cross-departmental and cross-regional coordination capabilities, and be able to adapt to the overseas work rhythm; candidates with basic communication skills in English or Portuguese are preferred; those holding project management-related certificates (such as PMP) will get extra points.
