1.In charge of the project group and the quality, progress and safety of the whole project, control the schedule, quality, cost to ensure the completion and delivery of the project; 2.Communicate with foreign clients proactively and update them on the status of the project; 3.In charge of the clarification of the execution, files and drawings of the project; 4.Evaluate materials suppliers, approve procurement plan and arrange procurement, cost the whole purchasing progress to ensure the quality; 5.Lead the team to complete the design of the architecture program, control the quality and progress; 6.Supervise and manage the project site, coordinate and resolve problems occurred during the process; 7.Reserve human resources for projects; 8.Responsible for the internal and external matters related to the project;

1.Bachelor degree and above, construction, civil engineering, electrical engineering related majors; 2.5-year experience of large projects in construction industry, experience in modular construction preferred, experience of foreign construction projects will be a plus; 3.Fluent English, able to use English as work language; 4.Strong sense of cost control, great ability of organizing and coordinating and managing the project site; 5.Strong ability of communication and expression and great leadership skills;
