工作职责
Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities: 1. Will lead commercial efforts in assigned region and targeted clients including but not limited to clients in the Residential, Commercial and Utility segments. 2. Focus on monocrystalline silicon solar module sales, pipeline development and fostering relationships among utility scale clients or DG market; Build and implement sales strategies appropriate for the assigned business segments. 3. Assess and establish contact with potential buyers of solar products. 4. Lead contract negotiations with target accounts; Negotiating customer pricing and contract terms. 5. Communicate effectively with internal teams including marketing, technical service center, legal, finance and operation management, etc. to ensure smooth fulfillment of sales orders and payment collection. 6. Providing demand, pricing and payment forecasts on a monthly basis with weekly updates; 7. Monitoring competitor prices, activities and strategies in the solar industry; 8. Other tasks assigned by the superior.
职位要求
Qualifications: 1. Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Power or related field; 2. Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the PV industry. Having good knowledge of PV market industry dynamics and landscape is required; 3. Proven track record in developing customers and closing purchase orders. 4. Good technical background knowledge of PV on grid/ off grid systems and BOS system; 5. Experience in tender project management preparation and coordination, or solar module sales channels expansion and maintenance; 6. Excellent knowledge of PV industry value chain downstream influencers and sensitive in competition environment; 7. Willingness to do business travel overseas on short notice; 8. Strong negotiating and communication skills; 9. Self-motivated, independent, diligent and detail-oriented personality; 10. Proactive in solving problems, open to customers, and result-oriented;
