Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related Over 10 years quality working experience in manufacturing companies, especially At least 5 year of working experience in Automotive industry, rich experience in quality system and on-site quality management. Preferably with electric motor and actuator working experience Familiar with the TS16949, VDA 6.3/VDA 6.5, Ford Q1, Formal Q preferred Familiar with quality management tools such as APQP,FMEA, Six Sigma etc Good analytical, communication, interpersonal skills and a team builder. Can read, write and speak good English; Able to speak Japanese is an added advantage. Knowledge on CMMI and Spice Quality system is an added advantage. Working experience 15+ Years
