Singapore Large-Scale Construction Company Recruitment Annual Income Approx. RMB 200,000–250,000 (with Paid Annual Leave) Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS) Basic Package (Exchange Rate: 1 SGD ≈ 5.25 RMB): Basic Salary: SGD 3,300–3,800 per month (subject to interview assessment based on experience) Work Visa: S Pass (2‑year contract, renewable with equal opportunities for promotion and salary adjustment) Working Hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (including meal breaks); 5‑day work week; office‑based environment Other Benefits: Paid annual leave, medical insurance, paid sick leave / hospitalisation leave, etc. All above benefits and package are subject to the final employment contract. Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation: Prepare preliminary investment estimates, design budgets, and construction drawing budgets. Tendering & Procurement: Compile bills of quantities, tender control estimates, and contract clauses; participate in bid evaluation and tender analysis. Cost Control: Review progress payments, interim payment applications, and process variation orders and site instruction cost adjustments; alert on cost deviations. Final Account Settlement: Prepare or review final account statements, handle reconciliation with auditors or clients, and lock in final costs. Contract Management: Administer construction contracts, manage contract price adjustments, claims, and counter‑claims. Data Management: Maintain the company’s cost database, and assist in building and updating internal pricing benchmarks and estimation indices. Requirements: Gender: Open to both male and female candidates. Age: Within 30 years old. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Engineering, or a related field. Language: Basic English proficiency (able to read and write simple English) with a willingness to improve. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience; preference for candidates with project experience in roads & bridges, infrastructure, municipal works, water supply & drainage, etc. Adaptability: Able to communicate across cultures and adapt to overseas work and life. Interview Process: Preliminary CV review → On‑site interview (in Shanghai or Guangzhou, China) Application Workflow: Submit CV & preliminary video assessment → On‑site interview → Offer upon selection → Pass medical check‑up → Sign provisional contract → Apply for work visa → Depart for Singapore and commence employment.
