Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation: Prepare preliminary investment estimates, design budgets, and construction drawing budgets. Tendering & Procurement: Compile bills of quantities, tender control estimates, and contract clauses; participate in bid evaluation and tender analysis. Cost Control: Review progress payments, interim payment applications, and process variation orders and site instruction cost adjustments; alert on cost deviations. Final Account Settlement: Prepare or review final account statements, handle reconciliation with auditors or clients, and lock in final costs. Contract Management: Administer construction contracts, manage contract price adjustments, claims, and counter‑claims. Data Management: Maintain the company’s cost database, and assist in building and updating internal pricing benchmarks and estimation indices. Requirements: Gender: Open to both male and female candidates. Age: Within 30 years old. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Engineering, or a related field. Language: Basic English proficiency (able to read and write simple English) with a willingness to improve. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience; preference for candidates with project experience in roads & bridges, infrastructure, municipal works, water supply & drainage, etc. Adaptability: Able to communicate across cultures and adapt to overseas work and life.
