工作职责
- Receptionist: The foreign receptionist needs to warmly and attentively receive visiting customers, provide consultation, guidance, arrangement and other services. They need to be able to communicate with clients in fluent Chinese, understand clients' needs and expectations, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communication & Coordination: The Expatriate Receptionist is required to communicate and coordinate with other departments or team members to ensure that customer needs are met. They need to be able to communicate client information and requirements in a timely manner, and coordinate with the relevant departments or teams to provide support and co-operation.
- Maintaining Customer Relationships: The Expatriate Receptionist needs to actively maintain customer relationships and establish a good customer relationship management system. Need to understand customer needs and feedback, timely handling of customer complaints and suggestions, and regular contact with customers to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Image display: Expatriate receptionists need to maintain a good image and temperament to display the company's professional image and brand image. They need to dress appropriately, talk and behave generously, and be able to leave a good impression on customers.
- Administrative matters: The receptionist will be required to deal with administrative matters such as arranging meetings, booking hotels, ordering flights, etc. The receptionist will be required to have the relevant skills and experience. - Possesses a good image and temperament, including grooming, instrumentation, and mannerisms. Required to create an impression of professionalism, friendliness and courtesy to customers, demonstrating the company's professional image and brand image.
- Need to work closely with team members and co-operate with the team to complete various tasks. Need to be able to understand and implement the team's objectives and strategies, and maintain good communication with team members to jointly drive projects forward.
- Need to handle related administrative matters such as arranging meetings, booking hotels, ordering flights, etc. Relevant work skills and experience are required to be able to complete all administrative matters efficiently.
- Good working attitude and professionalism is required to be able to fulfil the job duties conscientiously and proactively complete the work tasks. Teamwork spirit is also required, with the ability to collaborate with other team members to complete work assignments.
