职位职责
Job responsibilities: 1. Translate and communicate effectively with Russian clients; 2. Handle quality issues such as patient complaints and establish standardized procedures for complaint handling; 3. Maintain good relationships and interactions with patients, provide periodic follow-up care, increase customer stickiness, and improve patient satisfaction; 4. Summarize patient follow-up data, analyze and report; 5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
职位要求
Qualifications 1、Degree: Bachelor degree or above 2、Healthy, able to withstand a certain degree of work pressure, able to communicate well with customers; 3、Requirements for good Mandarin, clear articulation; 4、Skilled use of office software, computer applications skilled.
