工作职责
1. Recruiting and training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team's sales performance. 2. Provides day to day leadership and coaching to the sales & marketing team 3. Develops and manages trading partner relationships 4. Develops channel strategies: identifies and negotiates distribution agreements with new customers 5. Accountable for Sales KPI set up, monitor and result evaluation. 6. Provides the guidance and supporting to team members when they face issue. Cooperates with the operations team to provide good service to clients and improve our reputation. 7. Builds holistic sales and marketing plans. Supports the team in efficient and effective execution of plans. 8. Complete the new customer and new project development tasks in the responsible area, including sales activity,planning, project and product communication, business negotiation, project designation, etc. 9. Provides regular reporting across all aspects of the business to the top management. 10. Leads long/mid/short-term strategic planning for export market. 11. Works with top management team on strategies and plans 12. Based on the company's product platform, collect market, industry and competitor information, and jointly participate in the formulation of market strategies
职位要求
To be a successful export sales representative, you should have at least some of the following skills: 1. Significant and proven experience in sales, a familiarity with the current sales techniques, and experience with closing deals and closing calls 2. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, motivation skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand the clients' needs and interact with the vendors and the senior management personnel. 4. Excellent monitoring, coaching and people management skills 5. Self starter, outgoing personality with exceptional selling and negotiating skills to achieve the sales targets ultimately. 6. Ability to research and analyze the trends in the market and take appropriate decisions or suggest recommendations. 7. aProficient in language, where the products are being marketed. 8. Strong presentation skills, positive attitude and ability to work in a target driven environment. 9. Should be result oriented with good business acumen, computer literate with excellent time management and organization skills. 10. Digitally-savvy
