1、Responsible for the development of Channel Network for the Region; 2、Identification of states, regions, cities as per their business potential; 3、Responsible for the Appointment of VADs and VAPs for proper coverage of above-mentioned demography; 4、Key Account Management for Identified National Systems Integrators. [List of Initial Identified SIs to be submitted, regular update and revision will happen]; 5、Key Account Management for Identified End Users. [List of Initial Identified Customers to be submitted, regular update and revision will happen]; 6、Study of Market segments [DOOH, Corporate, Rental etc] & frame the strategy to derive sales from this market segmentation; 7、Responsible for local marketing activities to promote Absen products; 8、Responsible for the Training of the sales channel with the help of SE; 9、Mapping of AV Consultants, Architects & Influencers; 10、Drive & achieve targeted Channel and Project business in various market segments.
