Role review: This position is responsible for CW Lasers products, we need someone with relevant experience. Job Description: 1. Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers for laser equipment in the United States and Canada; 2. Visit customers regularly in responsible region; 3. Identify new sales opportunities and target markets; 4. Develop sales strategies to increase sales and profits; 5. Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities; 6. Setup regular strategic plans and forecasts for sales in the assigned region; 7. Proactively maintain product and technical knowledge to expected standard; 8. Work closely with the after-sales team to improve customer satisfaction level; 9. Participate on fairs and exhibitions; 10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions; 11. Other assignments by the company.
