工作职责
We’re seeking a driven Regional Sales Representative to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth across the region. You’ll develop strategic relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while achieving ambitious sales targets. Key Responsibilities 1.Achieve Sales Targets: Exceed quarterly/annual sales goals (revenue, volume, market share) within your assigned territory. 2. Client Acquisition & Retention: Prospect, onboard, and nurture key accounts while maximizing growth in existing customer relationships. 3.3Market Strategy Execution: Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans aligned with company objectives. 4.Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction. 5.Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors, trends, and customer feedback; report insights to leadership. 6.Sales Administration: Manage contracts, pricing negotiations, order processing, and timely invoicing/collections. 7.Travel: Conduct in-person client meetings, industry events, and territory visits
职位要求
1.Experience: 3+ years in field sales, territory management, or B2B account management. 2.Industry Knowledge: Experience in battery, scooter, motorcycle, new energy vehicle, solar energy and other related industry 3.Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities, self-motivated with strategic problem-solving aptitude 4.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5.based in targeted country 6.Other: Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel extensively.
