工作职责
1. Lead the branch team to increase the market share of the market under its jurisdiction. Including: actively understanding and grasping the market situation under its jurisdiction, formulating effective market strategies, completing the company's sales target requirements, and continuously developing new customers, increasing the number of customers, and enhancing the brand awareness and influence of the Dongming brand in the local market. 2. The recovery of the company's receivables and the control of receivables risks. Responsible for conducting detailed research and understanding of the receivable risks of cooperative customers, assessing and controlling the receivable risks, and actively recovering payments. 3. Safe custody and cost control of all assets of the company. Including the custody and risk control of all assets such as the company's product inventory and fixed assets, and at the same time reasonably plan, use and control the company's expenses in strict accordance with the company's requirements to improve the company's efficiency. 4. Management of the company's team members, including recruitment, training, daily management, cultural promotion, morale building, performance appraisal and other management matters. 5. Strictly implement the policies and projects of the head office, and collect various market information and policy suggestions to feed back to the head office.
职位要求
1. More than 5 years of sales experience, more than 3 years of team management experience, have served as a management or team in other companies, and understand the company's basic level (sales, inventory safety, receivables, expenses, personnel, etc.) operations. (Prerequisites) 2. Must be bilingual in Chinese and Thai. Able to listen, speak and write Thai proficiently. (Prerequisites) 3. Living in Thailand for more than 3 years, familiar with the main local laws and regulations in Thailand, especially the rules and regulations involved in the operation of the enterprise. (Prerequisites) 4. Excellent communication and downward authorization management skills, able to actively explore and give full play to the value of team members, and lead the team to complete tasks. 5. Excellent teamwork skills, good at communication and expression, and work together with other departments to achieve the company's goals.
