Take full responsibility for the full-cycle management of industrial construction projects in Saudi Arabia, including pre-planning, construction, and completion acceptance, to ensure project progress. Lead the preparation of project budgets, schedule control, and risk management, and coordinate resources from design, procurement, construction, and other parties. Liaise with Saudi government agencies to handle administrative procedures such as land permits and tax registration, ensuring compliant operations. Maintain local political and business relationships, and address sudden policy changes or cultural conflict incidents. Manage cross-border project teams, including Chinese expatriates and local Saudi employees.
