About the ClientOur client is a global automotive technology company supporting major international OEM customers.The company focuses on vehicle display and in-car electronic system solutions, working closely with OEMs to translate technical requirements into scalable, production-ready architectures.China is a key engineering and customer-facing hub within the global organization.About the RoleWe are supporting a search for Display Architecture VP, based in Wuhan.This is a senior technical role responsible for defining display system architecture aligned with customer requirements and industry direction. The position plays a critical role in system-level design, hardware and software integration, and technical design reviews, ensuring solutions are competitive, compliant, and ready for execution.The role is architecture and integration focused, with strong exposure to OEM customers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams.Due to the volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

What My Client Is Looking For• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field• 15+ years of experience in automotive product development, system engineering, or architecture roles• Background from automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is strongly preferred, Being able to speak Chinese natively is a must to this role. Fluent in English is also a must to this role.• Strong understanding of display system architecture, including hardware, software, and system integration• OLED or high-performance display experience is a strong advantage• Experience leading technical design reviews (TDRs) and supporting OEM technical discussions or RFQs• Ability to convert customer requirements into clear, structured system architectures• Confident communicator with the technical credibility to engage both customers and senior stakeholders
