Job Responsibilities Training Program Planning and Design Plan and design outdoor training programs according to customer needs and company development strategy, and develop detailed activity programs. Combine with the characteristics of outdoor environment, design challenging and practical training programs to ensure the training effect. Training activity organization and implementation Responsible for the organization, arrangement and implementation of outdoor training activities to ensure the smooth progress of the activities. Assume the role of trainer, guide participants to complete training tasks and provide necessary guidance and support. Pay attention to the safety of participants during the training process to ensure that the activities are carried out within a safe and controllable range. Evaluation of Training Effect and Feedback Evaluate the effectiveness of the training activities, collect feedback from participants, and analyze the training results. Based on the evaluation results, summarize the training experience, optimize the training program and improve the training quality. Customer Communication and Relationship Maintenance Maintain good communication with customers, understand customer needs and provide personalized training suggestions. Handle customer feedback and complaints in a timely manner, maintain customer relationship and enhance customer satisfaction.
