1) Responsible for taking the lead in seat comfort design and evaluation capacity building; 2) Responsible for the development of new model seat comfort attributes; 3) Formulate a comfort development plan, identify risks in development, give reasonable comfort improvement suggestions, and promote the solution of comfort issues; 4) Cooperate with the vehicle performance attribute department to complete the comfort decomposition and evaluation of competing vehicles; 5) Responsible for compiling comfort section, formulating comfort parameters, establishing design review report, establishing comfort parameter library and other technical documents; 6) Responsible for taking the lead in comfort evaluation activities and transforming subjective evaluation results into objective engineering design optimization plans; 7) Responsible for updating comfort evaluation standards, organizing comfort evaluation activities, collecting problems and promoting problem solving; 8) Responsible for building a comfort evaluation team and promoting the ability improvement of the comfort evaluation team; 9) Leading the development and application of new materials, new processes and new technologies for seat comfort;

1) Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years of work experience in seat system, rich experience in seat comfort development, and familiarity with comfort evaluation methods; 2) Familiar with the development process of seat system, familiar with seat structure and component performance; 3) Familiar with the production process of seat system; 4) Proficiency in using CATIA and other automotive design software and office software; 5) Familiar with the development trend of new technology in the industry; 6) Have good communication skills, coordination skills, and clear language expression; 8) Have a strong sense of responsibility and efficient execution ability;
