ob Description:Foreign European and American market company is currently looking to recruit a Secretarial HR based in Shanghai main office.

Requirements:Provide effective HR service in Recruitment, Staff Counseling, Employee relationships, and Performance management in an equitable, effective and responsive manner.Work closely with Managing Director to provide HR regular analysis, oversee potential management problem and well communication on problem solving.Implement Employee HandbookWork Closely with Financial Officer for employee Social Services and benefitsImplement new policy & procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency under regional instructions.Ensure that Company is in compliance with the local labor laws in the HR management function. Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other relevant fields (or equivalent combination of experience) requiredGenerally requires 3+ years’ human resources experience.Excellent writing and communication skills, both in English and MandarinSound Knowledge of relevant labor laws and related regulationsComputer skills with MS office software.Report directly to Managing Director.Pro-active, detail-oriented, and positive attitudeMulti-tasking skillsOrganized and responsible approach to work
