1. Well arrangement of VPs daily agenda; 2. Answering the daily calls and replying email or correspondence; 3. Arrangement of relevant meetings and recording of meeting minutes; 4. Drafting translating printing registering filing and management of related documents; 5. Internal and external receiption for VP; 6. Other tasks assigned by VP or department;
职位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above major in administrationsecretarial is preferred; 2. 1-Y working experience as secretary or administrative assistant; 3. Good communication skills in English; 4. Written and oral expression in smooth strong customer management capabilities and strategic guidelines there is affinity excellent image qualit; 5. Careful active strong sense of responsibility be able to work under high pressure; 6. Proficient in using Word Excel and other office software and modern office equipment.
