工作职责
1. Lead the development and implementation of product market strategies, ensuring the company’s products gain a competitive advantage in target markets/industries, achieve deep penetration and sustained growth among target customer groups, and align with company development and marketing strategies.
2. Conduct market segmentation assessments, analyze competitor dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends to determine clear market positioning for products.
3. Understand and analyze the company’s technological advantages and product features, collaborate closely with the product team, participate in pricing strategies, refine the core value proposition of the product, and ensure marketing messages accurately convey the product’s unique advantages and customer benefits.
4. Oversee the entry into new markets and the market introduction of new products, develop multi-channel promotion plans and launch schedules, prepare marketing toolkits, organize and implement key market promotion activities, and enhance the product’s visibility and influence in the target market.
5. Work closely with the sales team to provide market analysis, customer insights, and best sales tools, ensure seamless alignment between GTM strategies and sales strategies, and empower the sales team to achieve sales targets collaboratively.
6. Identify and develop new market opportunities, implement value-driven strategies, establish and maintain relationships with key partners, and achieve breakthroughs in new markets and new customers.
职位要求
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 8 years or more of experience in product marketing or product management, including at least 3 years of experience in the renewable energy or power sector, such as wind power, photovoltaics, or energy storage.
2. Familiar with domestic and international energy and power market dynamics, with keen market insight and analytical skills, and able to accurately grasp market trends.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of efficiently driving cross-departmental collaboration and building good relationships with clients and partners at all levels.
4. Sharp market insight and strategic thinking ability, able to develop effective business development and market promotion strategies.
5. Technical background is preferred, with successful experience in new market development and key client acquisition.
6. Proficiency in English as a working language, willingness to travel frequently, and ability to handle significant work pressure.
