Responsible for the development of key accounts in the UK region of Europe, project follow-up, contract signing, and meeting the regional department's targets as per the company's performance requirements, including revenue, contract value, and receivables. 2. Manage the regional marketing team, lead and coordinate with relevant departments to achieve the KPI breakdown for the regional marketing team, and train, guide, manage, and support team members to complete their respective task objectives. 4. Coordinate cross-departmental resources and work with the group and various departments to introduce, manage, and support sales opportunities, ensuring that the company and group resources are fully integrated. 5. Based on the business characteristics of the regional department and the characteristics of regional customers, establish the regional marketing policies and rules, and work with the brand marketing department and marketing management department to track and manage the continuous changes in market dynamics. 6. Complete other regional expansion tasks arranged by the company's leadership, and cooperate with the group and leaders at all levels to realize the company's strategic intentions.

1. Possess experience in the development and management of key accounts (KA) and have experience in pioneering new markets. 2. Have experience in managing a marketing team and have successfully led the team to achieve annual targets and the company's strategic intentions. 3. Experience in the energy storage/renewable energy industry is preferred. 4. English can be used as a working language. 5. Priority will be given to candidates with resources in the development of large customers in European renewable energy projects, and state-owned enterprises along the Belt and Road initiative.
