岗位职责 1.Building the black oil /compositional/fractured models of reservoirs利用数值模拟建立黑油模型或组分模型或裂缝模型 2.Responsible for history matching and forecasting 进行历史拟合及方案预测 3.Uncertainty and risk analysis for both development projects/wells to estimate recovery factor and reservoir performance prediction不确定性分析和风险分析进行产量预测 4.Optimizing the oilfield development plan and well placement油田开发方案优化和井位设计 5.Responsible for oil reservoir project management and coordinating with clients from help bidding project to deliver the final report 负责整个油藏项目的管理并积极与客户进行沟通协调

岗位要求 学历要求：本科或以上 性别要求：不限 语言要求：英语 + 普通话 专业要求：不限 年龄要求：30-40 总工作年限：5年以上任职资格的具体描述：1.Bachelor’s degree in reservoir engineering with 5-8 year working experience. Experience in project management will be preferred.油藏工程专业本科以上学历，有5-8年数值模拟相关工作经验，有项目管理经验者优先 2.Familiar with the whole process of reservoir engineering project like reservoir geomodeling, classical reservoir engineering analysis, numerical simulation and history matching 熟悉油藏项目的整个流程，包括地质建模、传统油藏工程分析、数值模拟、历史拟合等 3.Be good at reservoir simulation by using commercial software (such as Eclipse/VIP/CMG etc.) – model construction, history matching and forecasting for conventional and unconventional reservoirs熟练应用Eclipse/VIP/CMG等进行数值模拟，包括对常规油田和非常规油田的模型建立、历史拟合及预测等 4.Ability to integrate reservoir (PVT, SCAL, pressure), production, and geologic data to develop a dynamic reservoir description in producing fields, preferably hydraulic fracture or waterflood developments能够将油藏各种数据如PVT，SCAL，压力数据，产量，地质数据等综合应用以进行动态油藏描述 5.Experienced in integrated dynamic reservoir analysis, material balance, decline curve, pressure transient, and PVT analysis 有综合动态油藏分析，物质平衡计算，递减曲线分析,试井分析及PVT分析的经验 6.Good at spoken and written English, strong communication skills, overseas working experience is highly preferred 英文口语和书面表达能力良好，有优秀的沟通技巧，有海外工作经验者优先
