工作职责
1. Undertake overseas market expansion, client visits and business negotiations. 2. Process orders and sample information, and arrange sample delivery. 3. Manage overseas customer relationships and follow up on payment recovery. 4. Conduct market research and attend various industry exhibitions. 5. Collect peer market information and keep track of market development trends. 6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and handle customer complaints. 7. Participate in order review and system audits; guide and accompany clients during factory audits. 1、负责海外市场开发、拜访客户、商务谈判; 2、负责接收订单、样板信息、送样承接; 3、负责海外客户关系管理,跟催货款回笼; 4、负责市场调研,参与各大产品展示会; 5、负责收集同行业市场信息,市场开发趋势的把握; 6、负责客户满意度调查,客户投诉处理; 7、负责订单评审,参与体系审核与评审,负责客户验厂的引导和陪同;
职位要求
1. Develop overseas markets and customer resources, and establish sound cooperative relationships with clients. 2. Track and execute overseas orders, and review payment collection. 3. Timely report overseas market trends, customer demands, as well as information on new products and services. 4. Analyze sales performance data regularly, drive performance improvement and put forward optimization plans. 5. Possess overseas sales experience, and be familiar with international trade rules, overseas markets and relevant business procedures. 6. Have excellent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing, with strong communication, coordination and presentation capabilities. 1、负责开拓海外市场,拓展客户资源、并与客户建立良好的合作关系; 2、负责海外订单的跟踪、执行与到款的审核等工作; 3、及时反馈海外市场的市场动态,客户需求和市场上新产品和服务等消息; 4、及时分析业绩数据,推动销售绩效提升,提出改进方案; 5、具备海外销售经验,熟悉国际贸易规则、海外市场及相关流程; 6、熟练掌握英语听说读写,具有较强的沟通协调能力和口头表达能力。
