1、熟悉公司设备的操作系统，软件功能，电气布置； 1. Familiar with the operating system, software functions, and electrical layout of the company's equipment; 2、能独立完成客户端的设备异常问题，机台的调试及产品切换； 2. Be able to independently complete the client's equipment abnormal problems, machine debugging and product switching; 3、熟悉客户端产品的工艺流程，能独立完成客户端的产品demo； 3. Be familiar with the process flow of client products and be able to independently complete client product demo; 4、具备一定的异常分析能力，可将客户端的异常问题(设备/工艺)进行根因分析和解决； 4. Have certain abnormal analysis capabilities to analyze and solve the root cause of client's abnormal problems (equipment/process); 5、具备报告书写能力，可以将已存问题进行总结和经验分享； 5. Have the ability to write reports, and be able to summarize existing problems and share experiences; 6、具备一定的沟通能力，可以较好地与客户端的技术人员进行交流； 6. Have certain communication skills and be able to communicate well with client technicians; 7、培训客户端技术人员，确保可以完成设备的调试,切机,问题排查； 7. Train client technicians to ensure that the debugging, cutting and problem-shooting of equipment can be completed; 8、定期将客户的意见反馈给部门主管。 8. Regularly feedback the customer's opinions to the department head.

1、大专及以上学历，电子、机械、工业自动化等相关专业； 1. College degree or above, majoring in electronics, machinery, industrial automation and other related majors; 2、熟悉机械结构，可独立处理设备故障，具备一定电气方面知识； 2. Familiar with mechanical structure, able to deal with equipment failures independently, and have certain electrical knowledge; 3、具备相应市场固晶机设备经验者优先； 3. Experience in the corresponding market crystal fixing machine equipment is preferred; 4、有责任心，学习能力强，具备良好的团队协作精神，富有工作热情； 4. Have a sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, good teamwork spirit, and enthusiasm for work; 5、能适应出差。 5. Be able to adapt to business trips.
