The Principal will have whole school responsibility and will work closely with each department head and Head of Boarding and Student Wellbeing to provide direction, inspiration and guidance to our teaching staff including staff development, performance management and deployment. The Principal will provide effective leadership and support to staff, students and parents while inspiring an atmosphere of energy, excitement, and high achievement. Focused on developing a high performing learning community, the successful candidate will initially take lead responsibility for the design, development and implementation of the curriculum and assessment model from Grades 9 to 12. The key priorities of the role will be to ensure the curriculum in its design, implementation, and review, is carried out systematically and collaboratively and reflects the schools vision, mission and philosophy and aligns to international standards and benchmarks. In addition, the Principal will also contribute to the day-to-day operations of the school. As the school progresses towards its future goals the role of Principal will adapt to match the needs of the school. Salary Range of 500k to 800k RMB per year, based on experience and qualifications.
