1. Responsible for the execution of various financing methods including equity and debt financing; maintain and develop diversified primary market fund clients and Limited Partners (LPs), covering overseas (U.S., Europe, Middle East, etc.) investment institutions, domestic local government-guided funds, market-oriented funds of funds (FoFs), listed companies, high-net-worth clients (HNWs), and entrepreneurs; 2. Search for, add, and organize information on various investors and investment institutions, and regularly maintain the basic information database; 3. Deeply explore the potential investment (equity/debt) needs of existing clients, proactively develop new client resources, and establish long-term cooperative relationships; 4. Assist the execution team in front-end work such as project recommendation and roadshows; 5. Proactively explore new methods and channels, and independently propose solutions based on work objectives; 6. Complete other daily tasks assigned by the department head.

1 Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in Finance, Economics, or related fields; overseas study or work experience is preferred; 2 Prior experience in primary market investment and financing, fund raising, debt financing, or relevant experience in Financial Advisor (FA), third-party wealth management institutions, or wealth management subsidiaries is preferred; candidates with overseas fund raising capabilities or market-oriented fund raising resources are highly preferred; 3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, outgoing and cheerful personality, strong execution and learning abilities; 4. Demonstrated self-motivation and innovative awareness, willingness to take challenges, and ability to adapt to short business trips.
