Our client is well-known for its architecture and interior signage design, project management and production experience. Headquarter based in Beijing, it has completed numerous projects for International Hotel Group, Airport, as well as Commercial Real Estate in China. Missions: - Initiate design concept, layouts and material selection - Handle presentation with concept diagrams , drawings and other means to demonstrate the design - Prepare documentation, working drawings, detail drawings and various specifications for tendering procedures - Coordinate and maintains relationship with clients, consultants and contractors

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design/Interior Design with minimum 5 years experience, • Strong on creative, presentation layout, visual design in printing production. • Experience in Signage Design for Hospitality and Infrastructure projects is highly appreciated • Familiar with the • Ability to handle all facets of Design work including concept design and tender documents, project management & site supervision. • Can work independently with strong organizational skills. • Proficient in Illustrator, PhotoShop and In-Design. • Able to speak, read and write in both English and Chinese.
