1.Be responsible for NPI and prototype of PCBAs, include design review, process design, program and fixture preparation etc. 2.Keep a NPI tracker for issues and observation during assembly. 3.Write post assembly DFM (Design for Manufacture) report. 4.Investigate research and analyze challenging unique problems. 5.Resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion. 6.Participate in new technologies and processes implementation. 7.Ensure the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output.

1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, electronic or automation. 2.At least 5+ years of experience in semiconductor factory including 3+ years as SMT project team lead or supervisor ; 3.Experience in SMT chip, flip chip underfill, molding, assembly, cutting and sputtering, familiar with production automation equipment and engineering management; 4.good internal and external communication and coordination skills, good communication skills in English, able to communicate directly with customers in English; 5.good team player, good character and sense of responsibilit
