Be able to efficiently identify the customer complaints reported by the front line, and use the existing rich experience to guide the front line to investigate and solve on-site problems; 2. 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronic engineering and English is preferred; 2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and can use English as a working language; 3. Marketing experience, overseas sales experience, overseas technical support experience and major customer follow-up experience are the best; 4.
