Key Responsibilities: 1. Supplier quality metrics development and corresponding performance evaluation; 2. Conduct regular QPA on suppliers, identify risks and drive improvements; 3. Supervise and guide the effective operation of the whole quality system of suppliers to ensure the quality of deliveries; 4. Supplier quality document writing and revision, promote the quality standards; 5. Quality abnormalities (process and customer complaints) to identify, handle, and carry out improvement measures in parallel; 6. Promote continuous improvement special; 7. Process change management and new product quality management; 8. Work summary and report writing.

Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, majoring in science and technology; - Proficient in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing; - Familiar with ISO9001,ISO14001 and other quality management systems; - Excellent communication and coordination skills and a high sense of responsibility; - Skilled in the use of quality tools and common statistical software;
