The JobThe Incumbent will In charge and manage the production activities in centralized warehouse, MQC, cutting , molding and packaging logistics and other internal functions of the factories in China. Ensure effective utilization of production capabilities and drive continuous improvement on planning process, productivity and quality, cycle time, costing and inventory level to maximize flexibility and minimize cost.The CandidateThe successful candidate must have at least 10 years production management experience with multi-functions and sites planning experience. Strong in production management, planning, quality control and costing is an advantage. Good experience in implementing and leading centralized functions in sizable garment manufacturing plants. Proactive, flexible, smart and sharp on figures. Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills. Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
