Key Responsibilities Team Leadership and Management Form, train and manage the software development team, ensuring that team members have the appropriate skills and qualities. Set team goals, develop work plans, monitor project progress, and ensure efficient team operations. Evaluate team members' performance, provide feedback and guidance, and promote team members' growth. Project Management and Coordination Responsible for the full cycle management of software projects including requirement analysis, design, development, testing and go-live. Work closely with product managers, designers and other related departments to ensure that project requirements are accurately understood and realized. Coordinate project resources, solve technical problems and bottlenecks during the project process to ensure the project goes smoothly. Technical architecture design and optimization According to the company's business requirements and technology development trend, design reasonable software architecture and system solutions. Optimize the performance and upgrade the functions of the existing system to improve system stability and user experience. Track new technology trends and introduce advanced technologies and tools to improve the technical level and development efficiency of the team. Quality Control and Risk Management Formulate and implement software development quality standards and processes to ensure software quality meets expectations. Identify project risks, develop risk response strategies, and reduce the impact of potential risks on the project. Conduct quality assessment of software products, propose improvements, and continuously improve product quality.
