工作职责
1. Build the TikTok channel in the local country from scratch, leveraging platform resources to support business development.
2. Manage the overseas team, improve team structure according to business needs, and provide training for hosts.
3. Expand and maintain media and resource relationships, ensuring long-term cooperation with various parties.
4. Optimize daily management and operational plans for overseas live streaming.
职位要求
1. 1-3 years of TikTok entertainment broadcasting operation and management experience.
2. Ability to work independently and solve problems on your own.
3. Preferably good English skills.
4. Strong skills in review and problem-solving, data mining and analysis, communication and negotiation, goal advancement, and results-oriented.
