1. Communicate with our customers directly in Chinese to understand their holiday requirements, design their trip and itinerary to Australia and New Zealand;
2. Create new products including special topics like Motorhome, Scuba diving, Road Trip in those two countries, search for the resources we need, and upload them onto our website;
3. Community promotion by talking and explaining the tours in AU/NZ to the residents.
