工作职责
Job Description: 1.Communicate with customers, answer the questions from customers about documents and procedures in the process of immigration; 2.Establish and maintain good relationship with customers and improve the image of the company;3.Give landing guidance to customers and provide follow-up services to customers; 4.Secondary development of customers.Requirements:1.Foreigners, no limit of nationality; no criminal record. 2.Bachelor Degree or above, basic Chinese skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing, proficient in English; 3.22-35 years old, excellent communication and coordination ability and ability in handling crisis, good customer service awareness, endearing, good spirit of teamwork; 4.Learn and be familiar with the basic knowledge of immigration programs, program cycle, procedures, details of charges, etc; 5.Understand customers’ psychology, communicate smoothly, and deal with all problems flexibly; 6.Have enthusiasm with work, conscientiousness and high efficiency; 7.Good command of office software.
职位要求
