Venture Partnerships (AI & Consumer Electronics Ecosystem)Location: Shenzhen preferred; BJ/SH optionalReporting to: Head of Venture PartnershipsAirwallex is expanding our Venture Partnerships function to accelerate China-outbound ecosystem growth. This role drives strategic engagement across the AI and consumer electronics landscape — focusing on the Shenzhen AI Consumer Industry (DJI ecosystem, Songshan Lake, AIoT, D2C hardware, etc.) — connecting with founders, CEOs, investors, incubators, and emerging innovation clusters.What You’ll DoDeal Sourcing & Ecosystem Penetration Drive systematic opportunity sourcing across the Shenzhen AI & consumer electronics ecosystem.Post-Investment Activation Build full pre-investment pipelines: institutions → investors → C-level / portfolio → qualified leads. Actively participate in industry events, roadshows, and portfolio activities to identify founders and outbound businesses. Apply strong on-site judgment to assess entry points and adapt engagement strategies in real time.Post-Investment Activation Build scalable, repeatable post-investment activation models to generate Qualified Leads. Continuously activate investor and portfolio networks to increase conversion depth and consistency.Investor Relationship Management Build trust quickly with PE/VC/CVC investors and industry leaders. Understand investment logic and market trends, using Airwallex’s product value and strategic positioning as natural conversation drivers. Lead value-driven, insight-led discussions (not hard-sell).Partnership Expansion Establish partnerships with investment firms, hardware ecosystem partners, incubators, and innovation parks. Create more touchpoints and growth pathways for outbound businesses.Market Intelligence & Strategy Track trends across AI, consumer electronics, D2C, and outbound sectors. Identify growth opportunities based on ecosystem signals and competitive insights. Monitor KPIs and build repeatable, scalable growth models.
职位要求
What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves Corporate development, VC/PE, investment banking, or strategic BD. Strong understanding of China’s startup and investment ecosystem. Relevant networks or experience in AI, smart hardware, consumer electronics, or Shenzhen’s tech ecosystem. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with founders, CEOs, and investors. Strong communication skills, externally facing, comfortable with high-velocity ecosystem engagement. Fluency in Mandarin & English.Nice-to-Haves Experience in incubators, accelerators, innovation parks, or hardware ecosystems. Experience organizing or driving founder or investor-facing events.
