Responsibilities• Assist the development and execution the divisional sales strategies for different market segments, products and countries• Work with the operational procurement, product line management, engineering and operations personnel to craft commodity strategies that insure material availability and cost stability• Assist the review of current product line and provide recommendations for the new product development plans• Maintain a high level of knowledge on the current and expected future states of critical raw material markets including steel, non-ferrous metals and plastic resins. • Assist corporate, division and business unit leadership in establishing annual strategic and business plan segments and operating expectations in the areas of sales revenue, cost control, supplier and customer relationship• Analyze sales data from the company, the industry and predict the future trends• Identifies and assigns appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks• Work with HR for the Divisional personnel management and workflow audit and restructure• Serve as member of management committees as requested or required • Special projects assigned by the GM

QualificationsBasic Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in business required• 5+ years of professional business experience with a progressive track record of accomplishments • 4+ years of international trading experience• 2+ years of personnel management experience• Strategic planning experience with demonstrated success• Proven record of good project management and time management• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and presentation skills• Proficient with all Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced skills in ExcelPreferred Qualifications• Prior procurement experience, expertise and industry knowledge in the consumer electronic or retail industries• Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese conversationally• MBAJob: General ManagementPrimary Location: P.R.
