To be considered, candidates must demonstrate strong technology skills, ability to provide high levels of service, have some experience to build and support enterprise web application infrastructure environments. Responsibilities ● Participate in design and implementation of MarsCrowd platform development. ● Ensure the cloud server technologies, proper performance and capacity standards are implemented ● Lead problem resolution and coordination activities ● Facilitate knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining detailed and comprehensive documentation and diagrams ● Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve the MarsCrowd platfrom usability ● Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours. ● Support other staff who have issues while working on MarsCrowd platform. ● Strong team player with a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to manage additional technical resources to meet the project requirements.

● Have strong working knowledge on Python,SQL, JavaScript,HTML,CSS and cloud infrastructres such as AWS. ● Experience in other languages, frameworks and opensource such as chalice, django, flask, sqlalchemy. ● Proficient in administrating and supporting complex High-Performance computer environments running on Linux. ● Ability to interface with diverse groups (Engineers, IT, and Business leadership), at both technical and management levels. ● Experience developing automation process ● Experience in optimizing infrastructure components (OS, storage, and network) to support a very dynamic web application ● Some technical knowledge of monitoring and building dashboards ● Should be able to quickly identify the root cause and resolve critical issues by looking across multiple layers (storage, OS, network, virtualization, and application / DB stack) ● Strong documentation and communication skills
