in my experience as a system engineer, I learned troubleshooting skills, problem solving skills, and how to communicate the solution to solve customers/users technical problem, especially in networking devices, unified communication, VoIP Technologies, surveillance system, and Data Center Infrastructure. whilst, as a solution engineer I realize that IT infrastructure is evolving rapidly, and it makes me always anthusiastic to keep update my knowledge. and from Home credit Indonesia I learned more about how to be more agile to overcome every obstacle by inspecting the problem and adapt in every situation to deliver the best solution to supporting business.
