(1 year 6 months) I work as a Localization Specialist for the Indonesian language, where I am responsible for translating and adapting game content (including text,dialogues, and menus) to suit Indonesian culture and language. I also contribute to creating and managing the glossary in English to ensure consistent terminology throughout the localization process. Additionally, I manage content and activities on Facebook to engage with the player community. In my daily tasks, I used translation tools such as Phrase and Crowdin to support efficient translation and project management.

I worked at China Life Insurance Indonesia as a Business Development (BD) specialist. In this role, I was responsible for driving business growth and supporting various initiatives to expand the company's reach in Indonesia. Additionally, I served as the BOD Secretary, taking minutes in Chinese and translating them into Indonesian to facilitate smooth communication within the Board of Directors. I also assisted the General Affairs (GA) team in organizing key events hosted by CLII, while collaborating with my supervisors to develop strategies aimed at boosting sales performance.

(2 years 7 months) As a Marketing Specialist at IPASON, I am responsible for expanding and managing the Indonesian market. My role includes a variety of tasks, from uploading product photos to engaging with customers, explaining product details, and ensuring a seamless shipping process by coordinating with the warehouse team. Additionally, I oversee our online presence across key e-commerce platforms such as Blibli, Tokopedia, and Shopee, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a consistent brand identity. I focus on driving sales growth while providing the best possible customer experience.

I took responsibilities in WPS product development for Indonesia, which is 3 languages translation (Mandarin, English, Indonesian), apps comparison, handled the event, presentation creation, found the apps weaknesses, customer support, and many more.

Haier was looking for internship candidates from the top schools in China, luckily I'm one of the candidates who pass the selection. in this summer internship, we are taught about Haier's company profile and product knowledge especially in washing machine department called Cassarte product.

I feel very happy to do an internship even though only briefly at the Indonesian embassy in Beijing, here I was given the opportunity to participate in 17 August where the Indonesian independence day, and I was also given the opportunity to join the 50th ASEAN Anniversary, at the apprenticeship the department of politics and arts and culture, where each of my departments was given the task of writing reports, as well as, at that time China and India were heating up, and also had to submit a 17th report and the 50th ASEAN Anniversary report.
